Bailout

IRIE · 2026

Parachute silk,
acrylic glass,
metal · 2 m × 4 m Ø

This piece references the Times headline embedded in the Genesis Block,
reporting on the second bailout of British banks in 2009,
and reinterprets the term "bailout": an orange rescue parachute —
embodying Bitcoin —
now rises as a symbol of hope.
